Padmavati movie is an upcoming movie of Bollywood , which is directed by Sanjay Lila Bhansali. After back to back two hit films like Bajirao Mastani and Ram-Leela, Deepika and Ranveer are all set to reunify for the third time for Bhansali’s next film Padmavati. Though Sanjay has not confirmed anything but According to the sources it is revealed that Deepika is going to play a female lead role of Padmavati.

Padmavati Movie Story / Plot

The story of Padmavati movie is based on the real story of ruthless ruler Alauddin Khilji’s obsession for Mewar queen Padmavati. Beautiful Padmavati is a wife of Ratan Singh. Legend, Alauddin heard about the unparalleled beauty of Padmavati , he went to Chittor with an intention to blockade the Chittor fort and see the Rani. When Padmavati gave her consent, Alauddin saw her reflection in a mirror. On seeing the beauty of the queen, Alauddin was fell in love with her. Eventually, Padmavati performed Jauhar.

Releasing Date Of Padmavati Movie is not finalized yet but according to the sources, it will be released on December 2017.
